FAQ
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is based off of weight of the items. Shipping couriers we use are USPS and UPS. We do offer free pickup near our location in Thomaston, Ga. If we deliver, the shipping fee will be the same. Once the package leaves our possession, we are no longer responsible for anything lost or stolen, nor for any damages there may be once packages arrive to their destinations.
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with the print itself on the item, we must be made aware within 48 hours.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Each order will come with tracking information. It is your responsibility to track your orders. Please do not email our team about updates. Sometimes the shipping couriers fail to scan packages at destinations between leaving us and arriving to you, this is not our fault and we will not be reliable for their failure to do so.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Our current TAT is 15-18 business days for normal items, HOWEVER we strive to have each order out before then. This is based off of weather conditions, as well as items being in stock. Our TAT for boutique orders are 3-4 weeks with a possibility of up to 6 weeks, and this is because some items have to go into production. TATS for boutique items start on the Monday after the PREORDER ends for that item. If we run into an issue that we think may exceed our TAT, we will contact you. Each item is made to order and handmade, so please be kind and patient with us. We are not Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, etc. We are a small business, and we will do our very best to provide you with the most amazing experience we can!! THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING US!
